General Terms and Conditions for Sex Coaching Services
1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the provision of sex coaching services by Patrizia Hoch operating as SEXUALISTA (“Coach”), to clients (“Client”). By entering into a coaching contract with the Coach, the Client agrees to comply with these Terms.
2. Services
2.1 Service Description: The Coach provides sex coaching services to help clients improve their sexual well-being and relationships.
2.2 Delivery Method: Coaching sessions are conducted online via [platform].
2.3 Session Duration: Each coaching session lasts for 1 hour per week, unless otherwise agreed upon.
2.4 Scope: The Coach’s services are not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or legal advice. The Coach does not guarantee specific results.
3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation
3.1 Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed upon times.
3.2 Cancellation by Client: The Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to do so will result in the full session fee being charged.
3.3 Cancellation by Coach: The Coach will provide at least 24 hours’ notice if a session needs to be canceled or rescheduled. In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, the Coach will notify the Client as soon as possible.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Method: Payment is required immediately after each session via bank transfer or payment link.
4.2 Non-Refundable: Once coaching services have commenced, payments for sessions that have been conducted are non-refundable.
4.3 Late Payment: Late payments may result in the suspension of services until payment is received.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 Confidentiality Obligation: The Coach will maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during coaching sessions, in accordance with professional ethical standards.
5.2 Exceptions: Confidentiality may be breached if required by law or if there is a risk of harm to the Client or others.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1 Active Participation: The Client agrees to actively participate in coaching sessions and complete any assignments or activities suggested by the Coach.
6.2 Honest Communication: The Client shall communicate openly and honestly with the Coach, providing relevant information to aid the coaching process.
6.3 Respect for Sessions: The Client agrees to attend sessions on time. If the Client is late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
7. Termination
7.1 Termination by Client: The Client may terminate the coaching services at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for sessions already conducted.
7.2 Termination by Coach: The Coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship if the Client fails to comply with these Terms, engages in unethical behavior, or if the Coach feels that the services are no longer beneficial for the Client.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 No Guarantees: The Coach makes no guarantees regarding the results of the coaching sessions.
8.2 Assumption of Risk: The Client participates in coaching sessions at their own risk.
8.3 Liability Cap: The Coach’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the coaching services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country].
10. Changes to Terms

Acceptance
